ATMs At Home and When You Travel

Using ATMs across the world is only one advantage of your ATM card or Debit card.

When you travel, look for two ATM options:

• InBalance® Network of ATMs: Use any InBalance® Network ATM to avoid paying surcharges*. Search for InBalance® Network ATMs.
• Wells Fargo branch locations: When you use any Wells Fargo ATM that is located at a Wells Fargo branch, you will not pay surcharges*.

* When you use an ATM not owned by Frandsen Bank & Trust, Frandsen Bank & Trust may charge you $2.00 in addition to any fees disclosed by the owner of that ATM.

ATM Safety Tips

We have provided for your information a list of safety precautions regarding the use of automated teller machines. Please read the following safety tips:

• Prepare for the transaction, filling out any deposit tickets, before you go to the ATM.
• Do not lend anyone your ATM card and give no one your PIN.
• Do not leave your card at the ATM.
• Do not accept assistance from anyone when using your ATM card.
• Be aware of your surroundings, particularly at night.
• Consider having someone accompany you when the ATM is used after dark.
• At night, be sure that the area around the machine is well lit.
• It is appropriate to politely ask someone who is uncomfortably close to you to step back before you complete your transaction.
• Refrain from displaying your cash. Pocket it as soon as your transaction is completed. Count the cash later in the safety of your car or home.
• Consider using another ATM or coming back later if you notice anything suspicious. If you are in the middle of a transaction and you notice something suspicious, cancel the transaction, pocket your ATM card and leave.
• Go to the nearest public area where people are located if you are followed after making a transaction.
• Report all crimes to law enforcement officials immediately.
• If you lose your ATM card or it is stolen, notify us promptly.
