Frandsen Mobiliti Customer Support Page

Frandsen Mobiliti is a Consumer Mobile Banking service only and does not allow access to business or commercial accounts.  The Frandsen Mobiliti Customer Support page contains guided instructions for many of the features that you, the customer, can use to customize your mobile banking experience.

How do I access my Frandsen Mobiliti settings?
To access your Mobiliti settings, you will need to sign into PErsonal Online Banking from a computer.  The settings are part of your Profile for Online Banking and must be maintained from within.

Sign into Personal Online Banking and click the "My Profile" button at the top of the page.

Once you are in your profile, scroll down to the Mobile Banking Profile Header and click on Manage Devices on the right-hand side.

You will now see the Mobile Banking Main Menu.  Here is a sample image with the dropdown menu expanded.

How do I change my phone number?

Sign into Personal Online Banking and access your Frandsen Mobiliti Settings, for information on how to do this, click here.

To change your phone number, select "Change my phone number" from the "I want to:" dropdown menu and click Go.

Enter your new phone number and click Continue. 

Note: You'll receive a text message with an activation code to activate your new phone.  This will not change the phone number we have on record for your banking accounts, it will only change the phone number and therefore the device you have registered for Frandsen Mobiliti.

Once you complete the registration as prompted on the screen, your new phone will be able to access Frandsen Mobiliti from the link sent via text message.

How do I add another device/phone?

Sign into Personal Online Banking and access your Frandsen Mobiliti Settings, for information on how to do this, click here.

Click on Add New Device on the Main Menu and follow the onscreen prompts.

How do I change the services my mobile device is enrolled for?

Sign into Personal Online Banking and access your Frandsen Mobiliti Settings, for information on how to do this, click here.

From the "I want to:" menu for the device you would like to change (there may be only one,) select "Change my Mobile Banking services" and click Go.

Check the boxes next to the services you would like enabled for that device and click Continue.  Your services have been changed.

How do I stop receiving text messages or how do I disable Text Banking?

To stop using Text Banking, text STOP to 99588 and you will stop receiving text messages for Frandsen Mobiliti.  Alternatively, you can change your Frandsen Mobiliti settings to not include the Text Banking service.  To remove the service via the Frandsen Mobiliti settings, sign into Personal Online Banking and access your Frandsen Mobiliti Settings, for information on how access the settings, click here,  Then follow the instructions for "How do I change the services my mobile device is enrolled for?"

How do I report a lost or stolen phone?

If you lose your mobile device or suspect that it has been stolen, contact your local office directly and request that your mobile banking services be suspended or cancelled.

If you have multiple devices, our Bankers will be able to suspend or disable only the device that you require to be disabled.  If your local office is closed when you need to report the missing device, you can make changes on your own through the Frandsen Mobiliti settings in the "My Profile" area of Personal Online Banking.  To see how to access those settings, click here.  From that menu, you can change your phone number if you have already replaced your phone or you can select the "Stop using this device for Mobile Banking" from the dropdown menu and remove the device completely.  If you would like to change the number (recommended even if you keep the same number but have a new phone,) follow the instructions for "How do I change my phone number?"  If you would like to remove the device completely, continue with these instructions.

Select "Stop using this device for Mobile Banking" from the dropdown menu for the device in question.

If this is the only device you have listed, this message will display:

Click Yes and remove the device, you can always re-register a new device when you have it in hand.

If you have multiple mobile devices, you will be able to remove only the affected device and the other devices will continue to work.

How do I change an Account Nickname for Text Banking or enable/disable the accounts I want to see.

Sign into Personal Online Banking and access your Frandsen Mobiliti Settings, for information on how to do this, click here.

On the Main Menu, click on the "My Accounts" tab.

On the My Accounts tab, you can select which accounts you want to be able to access by checking or unchecking the box next to each Eligible Account.  If you would like to change the Mobile Banking Nickname, edit the field(s) for the accounts you would like to change and click the "Update Accounts" button.  You will now be able to use your new nicknames and/or see only the accounts that you have selected on this screen.

NOTE:  Changes in this area affect all of your mobile devices and cannot be limited to a specific device.
