   Mozilla Firefox - version 10 or higher

   We recommend Cable or DSL Internet

The website doesn't display properly, images appear to have shifted.  Is there a fix?
There are three possible fixes for this issue.

1. At the same time, click both the "Ctrl" and the "F5" keys on your keyboard.  This will refresh the page.
2. Log into Online Banking and click the "Optimize Layout" link, just below the banner to the right.
3. For newer versions of Internet Explorer, check the Compatibility Settings.

What are some of the best practices I can follow to safeguard my personal information online?

• Utilize strong passwords with uppercase and lowercase letters, special characters, and numbers.
• Update or change passwords regularly.
• Memorize your passwords:
• Treat your passwords as you would cash
• Never write them down or keep them in an unsecured location
• Never provide them in an email or unsolicited phone call
• Do not use obvious passwords (mother's maiden name, birthday, etc.)
• Have reliable and up-to-date anti-virus, anti-spam, and anti-spyware programs on PC's accessing the Internet and Online Banking.
• Never click on links in unsolicited emails.  If you question any message from Frandsen Bank & Trust, browse directly to our website, or call a personal banker.
• Check your bank statements and transactions carefully and frequently for suspicious activity; Immediately report any suspicious activity.
• Review your credit report annually.  Click here to be taken directly to annualcreditreport.com.
• Shred all documents containing personally identifiable information.
• Be suspicious of anyone seeking personal information from you - always know who you are providing this information to and why it is being requested.
