Online & Mobile Banking Is Getting an Upgrade

Frandsen Bank & Trust is updating online banking and mobile banking Mobiliti experience for personal banking accounts on Monday, Oct. 28, 2024. The team is working diligently to ensure a seamless transition. Business customers will NOT be impacted by the update at this time.
Beginning 8 a.m. Friday, Oct. 25, you will be able to login and view your account details, but you will not be able to use all functions, including transfers and setting up or editing bill payment. The new system will go live at approximately 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, 2024.
After the update your online and mobile banking experience will be easier and more efficient. You’ll have:
- Improved debit card management tools
- The ability to securely message a banker
- More ways to move money – whether paying bills or making transfers
- Robust alert options for account status and activity
What You Need To Do To Prepare

Make sure you know your username and password for login. It’s easy to let your phone or browser save your information – but you’ll need to enter it directly once the updates have been made.

If you recently changed your phone number, please contact us to update your records. When you log in for the first time, we will use your phone to send a one-time passcode to confirm your identity and will use the information on file.

Quicken and QuickBooks users should complete a data file backup and final transaction download before Sunday, Oct. 27 and will need to reconnect after the upgrade. Additional information will be made available for users before the upgrade. Additional information is available here.
