Biography

Mortgage Banking Officer Nikki Jo Klefstad has nearly 20 years of experience in the mortgage lending business. Nikki Jo’s goal is to streamline the mortgage process as much as possible for her clients. She knows the home-buying process can be cumbersome and she does everything she can to make it easy and enjoyable. Nikki Jo appreciates the fact that she’s part of the client’s life; whether they’re buying a new home, a second home, or home improvements. She says, “The best part of my job is seeing happy clients at the end!”

Nikki Jo is a board member and volunteer for Junior Achievement as well as an account executive for the local United Way. As a graduate of the University of the North Dakota, she loves watching the Fighting Hawks sports teams. Her children keep her busy as they are very active in sports. In her free time, Nikki Jo is an avid runner and she loves to race!
