Biography

Cheri Pagnac wants to ensure her customers understand the entire mortgage process and timeline when purchasing a home. She recognizes that this is a big financial step and she is here to take you down that path. Cheri’s priority is educating her customers about the entire mortgage process, from credit reports to loan closings. She knows each customer has a unique situation and her job is to help them reach their goals. If you are just starting to look for a home or if you have already found your dream home, Cheri will be there for you.

Cheri is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Moorhead with a degree in Finance and minor in Mathematics. She entered the financial services industry in 2000 and has been making mortgage loans for 10 years. In her free time, Cheri is an independent consultant with Thirty-one gifts, and she loves scrapbooking, photography, camping, boating, motorcycling, traveling, and spending time with her niece and nephews. Cheri is also on the Alvarado City Council.
