Biography

Tom has been in the mortgage business for over 17 years. As mortgage lender, Tom enjoy being a part of a community bank that serves the community where his kids have grown up in. Tom enjoy helping friends, neighbors, and people wanting to make Ely a part of their life finance their home, cabin or land. It’s his top priority and Frandsen allows Tom to give the customer service borrowers deserve.

 

Ely is a great area to live in, Tom was born in the old Winton hospital, grew up in a small town, and him and his wife Heidi have allowed his four children to experience great friends and a great local school. Tom give's back to the community as much as he can. Tom have, and continue to, volunteer for many different parent and non-profit groups, including the Ely Community Health Center (free clinic) and Ely Hoop Club (basketball). I also serve as a school board member.
