How to Access eStatements

Frandsen Bank & Trust makes it easy to switch to eStatements for your checking or savings account.

How To Enroll

1. While logged in to business or persoanl online banking, click on Accounts in top navigation to reveal the drop-down menu.
   • For mobile, click on the menu in the upper right corner and then click on the Accounts drop-down.

2. Click on eStatement Enrollment.

3. Review the Electronic Statement Agreement.

   1. Check the box near I accept the terms of the agreement.

   2. Then click Accept.

4. Under Delivery Option, select the accounts you would like to enroll in eStatements by selecting Electronic.

5. When completed, click Save.

How To Access Your Monthly Statements

Personal and Business Accounts

1. In online or mobile banking, click Accounts on the top navigation bar.

2. Select eStatements.

3. Select the statement you'd like to view.

4. If you have multiple accounts, you can narrow your view.

   1. Tap the All Accounts option.

   2. Select the preferred account from the drop-down.

   3. Click the Search button to display eStatements.

Treasury Management Accounts

1. In online or mobile banking, click Accounts on the top navigation bar.

2. Click the desired Account Name.

3. Click on the Documents button.

4. From the Search section, enter the Date Range and click Submit.

5. Select the statement you'd like to view
