Seven Easy Steps to Deposit a Check in the Mobile App

Endorse the check following the guidelines below.

1. Log into the Frandsen mobile banking app.

2. Select Mobile Deposit from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select the account that you want the check deposited to and enter the check amount.

4. Tap the camera icon to take photos of the front and back of the check. Select Use to accept the photo.

   1. Place your check on a well-lit surface with high contrast.

   2. Make sure the entire check appears within the frame.

5. If your photo is blurry, you can select Retake and try again.

6. Once both photos have been captured, select Deposit to complete the transaction.

7. Keep your check for 30 days after the mobile deposit, then destroy it.

How to Endorse a Check For Mobile Deposit

1. On the first line, write For Mobile Deposit Only, or check the box for mobile deposit if printed on the check.

2. On the second line, write Frandsen Bank & Trust.

3. On the third line, sign your name exactly as it appears on the front of the check. If your name is spelled incorrectly on the front, sign it as it appears, then sign it correctly underneath.

Write or stamp only within the endorsement area. Use blue or black ink. Do not use a pencil.
