How to Switch Banks in 5 Easy Steps

Switching banks doesn't have to be stressful. With Frandsen, it can be simple, secure, and seamless. Here's how.

Step 1: Login to Online Banking

Access your new account from your computer, tablet, or phone to monitor account activity, pay bills, manage alerts, and more. Check your email for instructions on accessing your account for the first time.

Step 2: Set up Direct Deposit

Start by updating your direct deposit information at your place of employment. You generally need:

  • Your personal checking account number. You can find this in your online banking, account details section.

  • The Frandsen Bank & Trust routing number is 091901202.

  • A Social Security number may be required.

  • Your employer may require you to sign a direct deposit authorization form.

Step 3: Set Up Payments

Pay your bill electronically and streamline your finances.

How to Get Started

  • List automatic, recurring payments such as mortgage or rent, utilities, and subscriptions.

  • Enrolle in Bill Pay services thorugh online banking under the Payments tab. Bill Pay is free if used every 30 days.?

  • Set up recurring bills for payment from your new Frandsen Bank account.

Step 5: Close Old Accounts
