Business customers using bill pay will see significant improvements. Watch your mail and email for additional information.

Customers who use ACH origination, online wire transfers, positive pay, remote deposit capture, or lockbox will be part of a separate update in 2027. No changes or action is needed at this time.

It is very important that your phone number and email address are correct in our system. If updates are needed, contact your banker as soon as possible to ensure a smooth first-time login.   

Please also take note of your system settings for mobile alerts and external transfers, as your individual preferences will not transfer to the new system. 

To view your mailing address on file, reference your most recent statement. To view eStatements, select an account from your online banking dashboard, then click the Documents button. Confirm the filters are set to statements and the most recent date range, then click Submit. Select a statement from the list to view the PDF.  

Contact your banker to confirm your contact information on file.

Yes, the mobile banking experience will change.

If you also have a personal account with Frandsen Bank & Trust, you can use your existing mobile app to access your business account by logging in with your business banking username and password starting Monday, Nov. 9. You will have to verify your identity with two-factor authentication and re-establish biometrics for your first login if you want to use this feature for both personal and business accounts.

If you are only a business customer, you will download the Frandsen Bank mobile app as part of the upgrade, then log in with your business credentials from your phone.
