Frandsen Bank & Trust Baxter Purchases Property for New Location
Frandsen Bank & Trust is excited to announce the purchase of property at Highway #371/Novotny Road and Dellwood Drive for the new home of the Baxter bank.
In advance of the Highway 371 overpass construction, Frandsen Bank is planning to construct a new facility over the next 18 to 24 months.
"Finding ways to better serve our customers is central to who we are as a community bank," said Sarah Kinkeade, Baxter bank president. "This new location reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting the entire Lakes Area and the people who live and work here."
The current bank, located at 7429 Excelsior Rd., will remain open and fully operational for all customers and community members while the new location is being built. Services, staffing, and hours will remain unchanged after the move.
Frandsen Bank & Trust has served the Brainerd Lakes area since 2008 and is working to ensure and support the economic health of the city’s main business district through this change. While in the early planning stages, the bank looks forward to working with the city for this new build. Look for updates on groundbreaking and other milestones as the project moves forward.
