FDIC-Insured - Backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. Government
Frandsen Bank is proud to partner with NAREB, NeDA, and NeighborWorks Home Partners to encourage financial literacy and expand access to sustainable homeownership.

Frandsen Bank & Trust continues to support homeownership financial education with a donation totaling $10,000, $5,000 to the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) Twin Cities chapter and $5,000 to the Neighborhood Development Alliance (NeDA).
NAREB and NeDA empower their communities by providing financial resources and education opportunities, including Home Stretch workshops.
Home Stretch classes cover many homebuying-related topics, from affordable loan programs and down payment assistance to home inspections and closing costs. These financial education sessions help homebuyers make informed decisions.
Beyond financial support, Frandsen Community Development Officer Lance Elliott also leads Home Stretch workshops at NeighborWorks Home Partners. This non-profit organization helps individuals and their families in Saint Paul, Minneapolis, and the Twin Cities metro area achieve homeownership.
“Everything is hard the first time you do it. Home Stretch helps empower first-time homebuyers by laying out all the important information in an easy-to-understand way for each step in the homebuying journey,” says Elliott. “I’m proud to be able to help people through these classes, even if they’re not my customers.”
