FB&T Ranks Second Among Large Companies in 2025 Star Tribune Minnesota Top Workplaces

Frandsen Bank & Trust ranks number two in the large company category in this year’s Star Tribune Top Workplaces. This marks the eighth consecutive year the bank has been named one of Minnesota’s Top Workplaces.

Frandsen Bank’s ranking improved from sixth in 2024. The bank also placed first in the Clued-In Senior Management category, which recognizes organizations where employees feel confident in their leadership’s direction and communication.

“We have a great company, and we received this award because of our employees. I feel honored to work with this tremendous team,” says Chuck Mausbach, Frandsen Bank chief executive officer. “The high ranking also demonstrates our shared commitment to creating success for our customers, communities, and staff – something we all work very hard to do every day in each of our locations.”

The Top Workplaces ranking is based entirely on anonymous employee feedback collected through a third-party survey conducted by Energage. The survey measures overall employee satisfaction, engagement, and workplace culture.
