FDIC-Insured - Backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. Government

Frandsen Bank & Trust was ranked as the 4th most active U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) lender in Minnesota by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal (MSPBJ) in late 2024, ranking among 31 top banks.
“We’re proud to support the businesses that power our local communities and are pleased to see our ranking increase compared to last year,” says Dennis Welch, Frandsen Bank’s SBA division manager. “I look forward to Frandsen Bank’s continued role as a resource and financial partner for small businesses in Minnesota.”
Frandsen Bank was also named one of MSPBJ’s Largest Banks in the Twin Cities, ranking 11th out of 20 banks based on total deposits.
Together, the rankings demonstrate Frandsen Bank’s commitment to keeping funds at work in the communities it serves, says Frandsen Bank’s Chief Executive Officer Charles Mausbach.
“We’re committed to a bank president in each market, which means decisions are made locally. This is one way we support economic development in the community,” Mausbach says. “Other financial institutions may be confined to centralized approval guidelines, while our bankers can adapt based on customer needs.”
