Lance Elliott named Community Development Mortgage Officer

Frandsen Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Lance Elliott as the new Community Development Mortgage Officer.

Troy D. Kalis, EVP/chief retail lending officer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lance Elliott as the new community development mortgage officer. In this role, Lance will leverage his extensive experience and passion for community development to assist clients in navigating the mortgage process and finding the best solutions for their needs.

Lance Elliott has been a part of the mortgage industry for more than 14 years, and during this period, he has served in various roles. For over a decade, he has been working as an originator. Lance loves sharing the knowledge he has gained over the years with individuals and families who aspire to become first-time homebuyers. He pursued English during his studies, intending to use it for a career in law or education. However, his desire to represent people and teach has remained a significant part of his professional life.

What Lance enjoys most about his role at Frandsen and the Twin Cities community is the ability to connect with people. He has a passion for helping people see opportunities that may have gone unnoticed or were simply unknown. Lance aims to be a catalyst for improving everyone's situation, whether it be financial or personal.

Lance is married and blessed with three children, all of whom share a passion for music. Lance said, “My wife loves singing, our eldest child works as a part-time music producer, our middle child plays the saxophone in a jazz band, and our youngest is just starting to learn piano and percussion."

He concluded by stating, “I feel we owe it to each other as humans to be compassionate and open to sharing whatever we have learned that can help others. I strive to be the best me that I can be daily."
