Frandsen Bank & Trust has been recognized by the Minnesota Star Tribune as a 2026 Top Workplace.

Frandsen Bank & Trust has been recognized by the Minnesota Star Tribune as a 2026 Top Workplace. This is the bank’s ninth consecutive year on the list, and its ranking second overall in the large company category.
“Our company is award-winning because of the people who work here,” said Chuck Mausbach, Frandsen Bank chief executive officer. “Each day our team members demonstrate the Frandsen Way through the relationships they build with our customers, the support they show one another, and the connections they grow with our communities.”
Produced by the same team that compiles the 35-year Star Tribune 100 report of the best-performing public companies in Minnesota, Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction.
The rankings in the Minnesota Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.
To qualify as a Top Workplace, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. More than 10,527 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.
