Chuck Mausbach believes that when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. As chief executive officer of Frandsen Financial Corporation, he brings this philosophy and his commitment to community banking to create a workplace where employees can thrive and customers can succeed. Chuck has spent his entire career in banking, joining Frandsen in 2005 as chief administrative officer and becoming CEO in 2019.
