Erin Filipek

Erin Filipek recently celebrated 28 years in banking, all with Frandsen Bank & Trust under the leadership of Dennis Frandsen. Beginning as a teller, Erin advanced through roles as a personal banker and mortgage lender and now serves as retail banking manager. With each customer interaction, Erin focuses on understanding individual needs and providing tailored solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals, while also learning from their experiences. A dedicated member of the Montgomery and Lonsdale communities, she volunteers annually at the town’s Kolacky Day celebration and actively participates in Chamber of Commerce events, supporting initiatives that strengthen the local community. Known for combining deep industry knowledge with a personal, relationship-driven approach, Erin strives to make every banking experience seamless, supportive, and centered on long-term success.
