Jillian Botz

As Chief Information Officer of Frandsen Bank & Trust, Jillian brings 25 years of banking experience to her role. She has led teams across both front- and back-office functions, giving her a unique perspective on delivering solutions that meet customer needs. Throughout her career, she has guided multiple core conversions and played a key role in the evolution of digital delivery, from the early days of mobile banking to envisioning what’s next. Jillian joined Frandsen Bank in 2021, bringing deep expertise in technology governance and operational efficiency. She is committed to serving our communities through volunteer leadership roles on various nonprofit boards. Jillian is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking, where she continues to serve as a student advisor.
