Her expertise spans retail banking, mortgage financing, and commercial lending, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the financial needs of individuals and businesses. Sarah’s commitment to growth and professional excellence has guided her journey to becoming market president, where she now leads Frandsen Bank & Trust’s efforts across the Baxter and Crosslake markets. In this role, she upholds the bank’s commitment to community-first banking, ensuring each customer receives personalized service and trusted financial guidance. Beyond her day-to-day leadership, Sarah is deeply involved in her community. She serves on the boards of Bridges of Hope and Christian Investors Financial. She shares her expertise as an instructor in Concordia University Saint Paul’s MBA program, where she teaches managerial finance and accounting.
