What You Need to Do

To prepare for a seamless first-time login and to limit disruption to your account, please review the following checklist.

Know your login and password.

  • It’s easy to let your phone or browser save your information – but you’ll need to enter it directly after the upgrade.

  • If you are unsure of your password, you can reset it by selecting “Forgot Password” from the online banking login screen.

Update your contact information.

  • Your phone number on file will be used to authenticate your account when you first log in on Nov. 9.

  • Contact your banker if you need to make any updates.

Review your account details.

  • Your account details will be available and ready to use within the new system including alerts, transaction history, payee information, scheduled payments, recurring and scheduled internal transfers, as well as your settings for eStatements.

How to Log In to the New System

No changes to your login credentials are expected. You will log in for the first time on Nov. 9 using your current username and password whether online or via our mobile app.

Where to Go

It’s best to always login from https://www.FrandsenBank.com to reduce the opportunity for fraud.

When you login, select Online Banking from the list.

What to Expect

After entering your login credentials, you will be prompted to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this passcode into the system and select "Submit" to securely login.

Treasury Managment Users

Customers who use ACH origination, online wire transfers, positive pay, remote deposit capture, or lockbox will be part of a separate update in 2027. No action is needed at this time.

The business online banking experience will be down 5:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6 to noon Saturday, Nov. 7. On Saturday, access to your current online banking experience will be renamed Treasury Management.
