With more than 25 years of experience in agriculture, commercial lending, and bank management, Steve Wenzl brings a well-rounded perspective to community banking. Over the past two decades in a leadership role, Steve has developed a strong foundation in team management, strategic decision-making, and relationship-driven service. His leadership style is rooted in hands-on experience, practical insight, and a deep understanding of the communities he serves. Steve is focused on helping customers succeed while strengthening the financial health of Clinton, Milbank, and the surrounding areas. He serves on the boards of several local organizations, including the Grant County Community Development Corporation, the Clinton Commercial Club, and the Milbank Bulldog Booster Club, where he also serves as board president.
