Welcome Elizabeth Lambrecht and Nick Hammond

Frandsen Bank & Trust’s SBA division manager Dennis Welch announced that Elizabeth Lambrecht has joined the bank as a senior SBA lender.

Welch says, “Elizabeth has over twelve years of SBA experience and thirty-one years of banking experience. In her new role, she will underwrite and structure commercial loans for small businesses in and around all FB&T markets. Elizabeth was also an attorney and admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 2005.”

Lambrecht has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration – with an emphasis in finance from Augsburg College.

Lambrecht says, “I look forward to helping small businesses grow and I take the partnership between a business and their banker very seriously.” She adds, “I am very passionate about helping others and volunteering at the Saint Paul Winter Carnival along with being the Treasurer.”

Lambrecht has also served her community by volunteering at East Side Area Business Association, African Development Center, East Side Learning Center, and Compassionate Friends. Lambrecht had various titles during her community service initiatives, ranging from board member, treasurer, and loan committee member.

Elizabeth and her husband, Mike, enjoy camping in Redwood Falls with their miniature schnauzer, Scruffy. She also enjoys driving Army trucks and Jeeps for the Minnesota Commemorative Air Force.

Pine City, MN:

Frandsen Bank & Trust Corey Berube announced that Nick Hammond has joined as the vice President/business banker.

Berube says, “Nick has six years of commercial banking experience. In his new role, he will focus on developing new business banking relationships in Pine City and surrounding areas.”

Nick states, “I look forward to building relationships with new and existing clients in Pine City and surrounding areas. The main goal I want to accomplish in this role is to help businesses grow and maintain financial stability.”

Hammond attended Bemidji State University, where he graduated in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Hammond says “I enjoy connecting with business owners and getting to know them, and their families. This helps me understand the client’s short and long-term financial goals.”

Hammond enjoys hunting, fishing, and watching the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Wild.
